"You are what you eat and that is why I am careful with what I eat and when I eat it."

Model Citizen App is the platform where we recognise fashion models, photographers, designers, makeup artists, hair stylists, creative directors, bloggers, stylists, and labels around the world. Every day, we feature an individual on Model Citizen Interviews. People get to know each of them - their hopes, challenges, aspirations and inspirations in life.

Tell us about yourself: Why do you want to work as a model? Why are you interested in modelling as a career?

I am a very curious person, I love knowing secrets and always manage to make people tell them to me.

How important is modelling education: Have you attended modelling courses? What related courses or studies have you taken?

I wasn't interested in modeling until my 15th birthday where I got a gift that changed my life : my sister payed me a week of "How to Become a Model" where we had amateur photo shoots and a defile at the end of the week. That's when I started thinking about becoming a model. I don't have the typical beautiful face and therefore it is a challenge for me, I took part in the Podium Final where 12 girls out of 4000 ( in France ) where chosen and we did shootings with professionals.

What do you think makes someone “fit” to be a model?

From my point of view, anyone could become a model, you just need the will and the guts to do it. I live in Monaco and everyone talks about everyone over here, even my friends say I brag and am ugly, it shut down my self confidence for a year but now that i have tried modeling and know I can do it, critic just makes me stronger... Every model is different, you just have to be at the fight place the right time and fight for your dreams !

What are your goals as a model? How do you see yourself progressing in this field?

My goals are showing everyone and especially myself I am capable of doing it. People don't consider me, I am the nice and quiet friend, the one you never invite to anything and the one you forget. My goals are becoming famous and traveling the world, having some power to fight for a cause ( animals ) and be happy. This field doesn't suit everyone, in my intense 10 day Podium Finale, we had shootings from 7 am to 10 pm, the other girls were tired and annoyed but it just made everything clear to me : I see myself in this, traveling, working all day, sleeping during shootings and meeting new people.

How do you communicate with people? Are you patient? Are you friendly? How open are you to clients’ requirements?

I used to never smile but when I started getting interested in modeling a neighbor told me ( and she was right ) that everything is better when you smile, you get more opportunities and everything is better, you illuminate, that's what people say about me : when I enter a room I radiate, bringing happiness in. I have to admit I normally am not the patient type of person but weirdly I am when it is about modeling and shootings. Friendly, of course I am, seeing people being annoyed at anything and everyone made me realize how useless it is, being friendly is easier for you and for the others: I love everyone.

Do you eat nutritiously? How often do you exercise or go to the gym?

Both of my parents had issues with eating and were overweight, my mother still is because she eats between meals but my father started exercising because of me. I have never finished the plates my mother served me, never eaten at McDonalds and am vegetarian. You are what you eat and that is why I am careful with what I eat and when I eat it. I was a lazy person, a couch potatoe but I saw a video that said : if you are procrastinating, and think about exercising during 3 seconds, get up real quick and go hit the gym, use these 3 seconds." This helped me and I now exercise 1h30 a day, going to the gym ( except on Mondays ).

What is your dream role as a model?

I would say being influential enough to defend a cause like animal cruelty, we'll see how it turns out and if I turn to this cause of another one. And I promised myself that when I will get well known I will answer as many fan texts as possible because I know how happy you are and lucky you feel when your idol answers.

Do you have any limitations? How do you define your boundaries when choosing to accept a modelling request?

I would never do shootings with photographs asking me to get naked and pose where you can "see everything" or in sexually positions, nude pictures can turn out pretty cool and sexy without being rude and aggressive, it's the only kind of nudes I would do.

State your availability: Would you travel? Work full-time, part time? Any hours?

I am available at any times to fulfil my dreams!
